It's going to need sections where specialist experts can thrash out the fringe sciences to produce some kind of agreed statement that covers the range of serious options under consideration
(a) sensitivity with Spencer, Lindzen, Miskolczi, Gerlich & Tscheuschner, Michael Hammer, and Monckton
(b) solar centre barycentre with Leif (or at least his POV) as well as David Archibald, Geoff Sharpe, (Prof) Abdusamatov, and now (Prof) Will Alexander (and perhaps others I don't yet know)
(c) CO2 and water, the oceans, the atmosphere, the ice records, with Ken Gregory, Glassman, Segalstad, Jaworowski, Biocab (?), and probably others.
(d) actually logging the record of corruption of science - but without anything that can be read as ad hominem |

Good luck getting all of them to agree to anything other than a 'motherhood' statement that contains not specifics. |
