Why I believe the holistic movement needs its own holistic wikipedia:

1) to incorporate research at the cutting edge of holistic/spiritual science

2) to aim to work specifically to help the planet

These are not possible or required in the still-wonderful Wikipedia. But their absence has its most negative effect on the holistic movement.

Rudolf Steiner's Spiritual Science needs developing so that it can be seen to stand free of Steiner. The Creationist/Evolutionist schism has no right to hold humankind to ransom. We can do better and we can find both/and scenarios. Steiner people would benefit enormously from cooperation with Teilhard people. Good simple holistic healing practices and information should be easy to find, in one place as in Wikipedia, and subject to ongoing research, editing and updating.

Now the Wiki format is a gift from the gods that we should be availing ourselves of, in the holistic movement, to cooperate and build and do good holistic research that is open to evolutionary development and correction. The parlous state of the planet needs all the more help from deep spirituality that touches the quick of our being. Wiki is actually Hawaiian for "quick", and at a guess, it is "quick" in both senses of the word.

Wikipedia is a tremendous vision. But in the "cutting-edge" of holistic research, it is vulnerable to attack from sceptical/materialist/religious fundamentalists. We need another wiki website, standing on the giant's shoulders of Wikipedia but with modified, extended principles, in order to enable the holistic "BOTH-AND" "WIN-WIN" positions. Participants must somehow be in line with the basic ethics of "helping people helping the planet". Participants must somehow demonstrate enough natural "NPOV" - Neutral Point of View - in order to take NPOV and develop it even further to enable good holistic research and frontier work and studies to be included. I can see that protocols of courtesy will have to be evolved "on the hoof" to make them workable. It really is a case of "new skins for new wine" where Wikipedia NPOV is insufficient and is suffering now through the Steiner pages. Yet Steiner people of all people should be capable of helping Wikipedia moderate... I think Spiritual Science and holistically aware people actually need to get together and collaborate to hammer out something like "Extra Neutral Point of View" - XNPOV - holistic-alternative-friendly protocols that can be fed back to Wikipedia...

My vision is for a wiki website that can enable spiritual science to develop and to flower into a holistic vision and approach to Science. This needs a fairly committed team. I'm a lone visionary, and I carry profound Magdalene energies. When the tide is in, I am sensitive and capable; when the tide is out I have to suffer equally challenging doubts and difficulties... So although I have the vision for the whole work, and at times can touch every part of it, the project needs a steady team if it is to be realized. People who can set up and run a wiki website using the Wikipedia format; people who can write and edit; online community-builders as in Wikipedia; people who can hold and maintain the standards of integrity that are needed to enable Spiritual Science to develop on its own; people who can bring in the breadth of holistic stuff yet stay focussed on purpose - "Helping people helping the planet through holistic research and development" or something like that...
